Ashley Smith is a dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with 2 years of experience helping individuals navigate challenges including stress, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. She is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapeutic journey. Ashley firmly believes that therapy is a collaborative process, and she prioritizes working alongside her clients to identify their needs, goals, and pathways to healing. She also incorporates art-based activities into sessions to encourage self-expression and provide new perspectives.
Ashley has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She takes an eclectic approach to treatment, drawing on evidence-based techniques to find what works best for each individual. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy, supplemented with creative expression.

Anna-Maria Mazy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss. Anna-Maria works with adults of all ages with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and relationship problems. She completed additional training in trauma, complex PTSD, and issues that affect military families and veterans.
