Hi, I'm Ashley, an LLMSW passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My approach is compassionate, strengths-based, and client-centered, helping individuals build healthier coping skills, improve self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I use a compassionate, client-centered approach that integrates strengths-based therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care. I help clients build coping skills, improve self-awareness, and navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space focused on growth and healing.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. I am committed to creating a supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered, and I would be honored to be part of your journey toward healing and growth.
