About Kerri
I’m Kerri Kenel, a Licensed Master Social Worker with 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, chronic pain, and life transitions. With a compassionate and down-to-earth approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to heal.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family and couples therapy, and parenting support, all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I know seeking therapy takes courage, and I honor that step with warmth, humor, and empathy. My goal is to help clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. If you’re considering therapy for support, healing, or growth, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

"As a lesbian deeply committed to protecting equal rights for women, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community, I strive to create a space where every client feels seen, valued, and safe."
