Amanda Baker is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career/work stress, everyday life challenges, and trauma. A veteran of the US Navy, Amanda also specializes in working with first responders, military personnel and their families, and veterans. She has previous experience in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, private practice, and local community agencies.

Amanda received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Barry University in South Florida. She utilizes a variety of clinical approaches geared toward her clients' needs, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
