Anna-Maria works with adults of all ages with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and relationship problems. She completed additional training in trauma, complex PTSD, and issues that affect military families and veterans.

Anna-Maria was licensed as a psychologist in Australia before completing a Master of Science (Counseling) at Palm Beach University Orlando. Anna-Maria draws on psychodynamic and attachment theory, as well as incorporating some techniques from Gestalt and other therapies.

As a child of teen pregnancy, events in her life as well as her education have given her an understanding of various backgrounds. She knows what it is to come from nothing and, at times, feel like nothing.
