Amy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She's worked as a psychiatric nurse for many years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals of mental and emotional wellness. She keeps abreast of the latest scientific advances in psychiatry to help her patients feel empowered and fulfilled.

Amy earned her master's of nursing at the University of Southern Indiana. She is a skilled clinician in medication management and has achieved her Master of Psychopharmacology from the Neuroscience Educational Institute. She is a great believer in Carl Rogers’s person-centered therapy and also uses cognitive behavior therapy and motivational interviewing.

Kristina Turner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 11 years of experience in the mental health field. Kristina has worked in a variety of clinical settings including state hospitals treating chronic mental illnesses. She has experience in clinical outpatient settings focusing on the treatment of personality disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, as well as trauma. Kristina’s most recent experience is in helping others overcome addiction through medical detox, rehabilitation, and recovery-based group therapy.

Kristina completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology at Bowie State University. Her great passion is to bring healing to people who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety. There is no "one size fits all" approach to healing and Kristina’s training in various treatment modalities prepares her to help meet clients where they are. Her overall goal is to help clients create a healthy perception of themselves, their families, and the world around them.

Barbara Kallaur is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 10 years of experience. Barbara works with clients ages 9 and over and her specialties include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and LGBTQ issues. She also has experience in addictions counseling. 

Barbara completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mental Health Counseling at Butler University and her Master of Science (MS) at Indiana Wesleyan University. Before becoming a therapist, she was a successful classical musician who taught for over 25 years at the Jacobs School of Music. This background has enabled Barbara to have exceptional listening skills, both to what is said, and left unsaid.

Barbara brings a client-centered approach to her practice and is always mindful that the client comes first. She will tailor a treatment plan to the client’s specific needs and desires. Barbara strives to create a non-hierarchical atmosphere in sessions, always being aware that the client is the expert on him/herself. She utilizes relational approaches and psychodynamic treatment including cognitive therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brief solution focused work, as well as mindfulness and trauma therapy. Barbara is always interested in the inclusion of artistic expression as a part of the therapeutic process.

Desiree Paddack is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience. She provides individual, family, and group counseling to address concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, conflict resolution, marital conflict, and so much more. She has worked with clients from all backgrounds from ages 5 to 68. Using active listening and a tailored approach to treatment, Desiree commits herself to helping others reach their goals.

Desiree received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. Depending on a client’s needs, abilities, and concerns, she uses approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, attachment-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and Christian counseling.

Jasmin Calvin is a licensed Mental Health Counselor with five years of experience working in the mental health field. She is passionate about creating a space where her clients feel accepted, heard, valued, and understood. Jasmin has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and she is dedicated to helping others overcome challenges and improve their overall mental health. She specializes in anxiety, life transitions, trauma, postpartum, interpersonal communication and relationships, and depression.

Jasmin completed her Masters of Science in Counseling and Counselor Education (M.S.Ed), as well as completed her Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling (Ed.S) at Indiana Univeristy Bloomington. She has professional experience working in the university setting with young adults, providing grief work with birth mothers through a local adoption agency, providing more intensive therapy services through a hospital outpatient clinic, and more. This clinical experience allows Jasmin to adequately understand and address a variety of presenting concerns. Jasmin utilizes multiple therapy approaches, including: person-centered therapy, multicultural counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma focused therapy.

Amanda M. Wickett is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 20+ years of clinical experience in the field and a passion for holistic, humanistic, and patient-centered care. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and completed her graduate training at the University of Indianapolis in 2004. She is trained as a generalist and has worked with individuals from ages five and up, presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, cultural backgrounds, and life challenges. She works best with clients motivated to better understand themselves and willing to consider ways to improve their quality of life through thoughtful exploration and mutual discovery.

Dr. Wickett’s therapeutic style is authentic, engaging, empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. She believes in treating all persons as complex and with dignity and respect while emphasizing the importance of autonomy. She celebrates each client’s individual complexity and has extensive experience working with individuals who have been exposed to traumatic stress across their lifespan.
