Thomas Lims Owusu-Asante is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCSW, LCAC) who has over 13 years of experience working with adults who are struggling with anger, addiction, life transitions, family issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and more.

Thomas holds a Master's degree in Social Work, a Master's degree Addiction Counseling degree, and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Tina Chavis is a dedicated and highly experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience across a diverse range of mental health settings. Throughout her career, she has served in inpatient psychiatric units, correctional facilities, outpatient medication management clinics, and behavioral health programs for children and adolescents. She specializes in treating personality disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, and anxiety.

Tina holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She provides compassionate, personalized care with a non-judgmental and collaborative approach. She meets patients where they are in their mental health journeys, helping them work toward stability, healing, and improved quality of life.

Winter is certified by the Ohio Counselor Social Worker and Marriage and Family Board as well as the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board. She specializes in trauma and uses EMDR. Winter also specializes in depression, anxiety, addictions, life stressors, and relationship issues. Her goal is to help others see their full potential and help them heal from their barriers in life. 

Winter has a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and has worked in the Mental Health field for 15+ years. She has worked in the mental health field for 15+ years and in a variety of clinical settings: case management for the chronic mental ill; working with the DD population, IOP groups, and drug/alcohol education.
