Nice to meet you. My name is Sade, and I will be your Licensed Professional Clinical Mental Health Therapist. I hope to offer you a space where you feel genuinely safe, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. This is a place to set down what you've been carrying and explore the deeper parts of yourself with compassion and care. I believe life is a journey — not a race — and there are times when having extra support can make all the difference. I'm here to meet you wherever you are, offering steady support, understanding, and guidance as you move toward greater freedom, healing, and self-liberation.
Together, we can build the insight, confidence, and resilience you need to feel more empowered, grounded, and prepared for whatever lies ahead. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, meaning your unique needs, story, and pace shape our work.
