I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with close to ten years of experience helping people through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life’s stresses. I use evidence-based approaches like trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you change the way you think and make sense of emotions that feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll build coping strategies that fit your life so you can see yourself differently and move forward feeling empowered and free.

Using evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing, I help clients reshape unhelpful thinking patterns and connect with overwhelming emotions in a safe, supportive way. I teach practical coping strategies that help clients shift their outlook, regain control, and feel empowered and free.

Whenever you are ready to address your concerns, I will be here to help you every step of the way.
