I am a licensed mental health professional with over five years of experience working with adults and children. I primarily support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are seeking relief from emotional distress, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of stability and direction.
