Gwendolyn Fisher is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has over 3 years of experience helping children and adults seeking help with depression, anxiety, psychotic disorders, bipolar, oppositional defiance, trauma, PTSD, family relationships, and crisis stabilization.  

Gwendolyn earned her Bachelor's degree from Virginia Wesleyan University and her Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Gwendolyn utilizes collaborative, positive regard, solutions-focused, cognitive behavioral (CBT), person-centered, mindfulness-based, and emotionally-focused approaches to meet clients where they are, and to promote a more meaningful life.

My name is Esonija' Fulgham, and I'm a licensed clinical social worker practicing in VA, DC, and MD. I've been practicing clinical social work independently for almost 15 years. I enjoy the work that I do in helping families and individuals thrive and learn to articulate their lived experiences from a place of empowerment.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, empowerment approaches, and trauma-informed frameworks to help clients live their best lives. My focus is on equipping you with practical coping skills.

Hi, my name is Sydney! I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Vermont State University, where I rediscovered my passion for the counseling field and music. I completed my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University in 2021, and I've been working hard in the field ever since. I work with adults of all types of backgrounds and various concerns, but tend to work best with anxiety, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem.

My clients thrive when we focus on increasing overall self-esteem, through identifying values, and implementing coping skills to reduce emotional distress. My main goal with any client is to allow them space to process, accept, and work with their emotions. I allow my clients the space to be themselves without judgment.

Rossa Ridley is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Qualified Mental Health Provider for adults in the state of Virginia. She has over 7 years of experience assisting adults that are seeking help with a variety of mental health issues, adjusting to life transitions, military-related issues, past incarceration, and relationship issues due to childhood trauma. 

Rossa completed her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from ECPI University, a Master of Art in Professional Counseling (Mental Health Counseling) from South University, and an advanced degree of a Master of Philosophy in Forensic Psychology. She utilizes collaborative, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, mindfulness-based, and holistic-focused approaches within the therapeutic relationship. Rossa is also a veteran of the military which gives her the unique ability to adapt to the changing needs of those seeking help in the various transitions adults may have to maneuver in their daily lives.

Tedra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She holds over 5 years of experience across various roles within the human services field. In her career, she’s worked primarily with female clients with generalized/social anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, adjustment difficulties, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, low self-esteem, strained parent-child relationships, exposure to narcissistic abuse, and transitions to adulthood. Tedra earned her dual Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services from Old Dominion University and her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

With her knowledge and experience, Tedra journeys alongside clients toward mental and emotional clarity. She weaves together clinical research and practice theory to create individualized treatment approaches. Her main approaches for treatment include a combination of internal family systems therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, among other approaches.

I am a Resident in Counseling with 20 years of experience. I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, stress, grief, and the journey of reclaiming their sense of self. Dr. Patricia Colby is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 37 years of experience working as a mental health professional. She specializes in treating adults and seniors who are suffering from concerns or conditions related to addiction, anxiety, depression, career issues, divorce, eating disorders, stress, pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum-related issues, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, substance use, trauma, and PTSD.

Kelly Conner has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over a year. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the mental field with both children and adults. She specializes in treating kids on the autism spectrum, divorce, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and OCD diagnoses. Kelly has a background of being a registered behavior technician (RBT) for ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum for several years.
