I educate clients about prescribed medications—how to take them and potential side effects—so adherence increases and progress isn't delayed.

Michelle Modlinski is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who manages and treats a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, school issues, and sleep/insomnia. She is passionate about providing compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. As a PMHNP, Michelle's role is multifaceted, including educator, mental health advocate, therapist, and medication manager. Michelle completed her Master of Nursing at Wayne State University and her post graduate degree studies at the University of Michigan, Flint.

Michelle has strong clinical skills and a natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. In addition to medication management, she incorporates cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), culturally sensitive, emotionally-focused, person-centered, and faith-based techniques into treatment, as well as motivational interviewing.

My name is Dr. Payton Jackson III. I am a licensed clinical social worker and hold a doctorate in education. I have 31 years of experience in the fields of social work and education. I have worked with family counseling, individual counseling, individuals in substance abuse recovery, youth ages 14 to 18, and as a counselor, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal in high schools. These experiences have taught me that life's challenges are ongoing, and I believe that we are not designed to deal with life's journey on our own. She has great interest in creative arts and completed her Associate of Arts degree with the honor of being selected for the Presidents List throughout her semesters. Glenda utilizes an integrative, strength-based, and client-centered approach while incorporating mindfulness, holistic principles, and creativity. With years of experience in substance use recovery, recovery focus is also an area of expertise. Glenda has many years of experience with diverse populations and settings. Keith also works with adolescents and adults of all ages and supports them through various other mental health concerns including mental stress, men’s issues, OCD, and gender identity. Keith received his Master’s in Counseling from Central Michigan University. He uses a psychoanalytic approach and pulls from methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based therapy, family systems, reality therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based techniques.
