As a professional woman, mother and grandmother, I have navigated many life circumstances and challenges which contribute to the well rounded education inherent in a mental health career.
I am a LCSW licensed in 1989. Much of my career has been spent with military members and their families affording me with knowledge and insight into the complexities of military service. I believe in meeting clients where they are with compassion and empathy, and I believe in the indomitable human spirit.
As a LCSW, I've had years of training in multiple methods of working with trauma including CBT, DBT, CBT-PTSD, ACT, Ego State, and EMDR.
