It was a great first session. Feel like he was able to understand why I wanted to start therapy.

What types of clients do you work with best?

Unhappy ones. It's at that moment of unhappiness that we are most likely to finally make a change.

What’s one thing you wish all clients knew?

Many people I work with do not recognize their own strengths and talents.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

People often come to therapy with a sense of defeat. But they also come to therapy because there is a flame of hope alive in them. I want my clients to feel and grow this flame.

What do you do for fun/on your time off?

I spend time with my dog, I love to cook, and I dabble in sculpting.
