Andrew LeBlanc is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a long history of working in mental health and a wide range of experience. He's been in this field since '93 before becoming a social worker and has worked with many different populations from young adults to the senior community.

Andrew received his Master's of Social Work from SUNO School of Social Work. He has also experienced what it is like to be affected by mental health personally and believes this gives him an advantage as a service provider. 

Andrew incorporates a variety of techniques into treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based, and strength-based approaches. I am Ashley Maeshack, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I earned my master's degree in counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and have experience working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's needs and goals. I believe that healing begins in a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. 

I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach that integrates CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Clients can expect a supportive environment focused on building coping skills, resilience, and lasting positive change.

Ella Bradford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 33 years of experience. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, anger management, stress, and other life issues in adults and seniors.

Ella completed her Master's degree in Social Work at Grambling State University. She has worked as a Family Intervention Specialist at BAFB providing counseling to the Airmen. Ella has also worked in the medical field of Social work. Ella's life experiences, coupled with her professional experiences provide Ella the insight and guidance to provide assistance to her clients. Ella utilizes client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.
