Ella Bradford is my therapist and I could not be any more blessed and fortunate. She is amazing and there was a connection from the start with us. I look forward to our sessions together because there is not anything that I won't share with her. She has worked me through so many of my issues and continues to give her all to me to help me alleviate and improve my anxiety, depression and self destructive behavior. Many times she will email me with these enlightening articles that are relevant to our time together that day. I was overwhelmed that she would take the time to do this . I read them through and then we discuss what I have read at the next session. I have had other therapists and there is not one that has helped me as well as Ella. It is a gift to me that I am fortunate enough to have been teamed up with her. There is something to be said when you have a therapist that you can tell everything to and especially information that I have never shared with any one else. It is therapeutic and I look forward to our scheduled times together because it is very special when I can discuss any issue, problem, embarrassment, or past destructive behavior and she gets me through all of it.
