As an experiential therapist, I work to help clients expand their experience to find an authentic path to healing.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigating substance use, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. I have worked across outpatient, community mental health, and inpatient substance use treatment settings, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I earned my master’s degree in human development and family studies from the University of Connecticut. My therapeutic style is person-centered and experiential, incorporating cognitive and dialectical approaches, solution-focused therapy, strength-based techniques, and emotionally focused interventions to support authentic growth and healing.

OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Huntsville therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
