Kimberly Cohens is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in assisting adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ situations, and self-worth. Kimberly strives to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to gain clarity, build coping skills, and foster resilience. She has worked with children in the foster care system and with patients of all ages in psychiatric hospital settings. Kimberly encourages clients to explore various negative thought processes and develop healthier more meaningful ways to deal with problem areas.

Kimberly received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She utilizes a variety of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based methods.

I’m Dr. Sam Heastie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and educational psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping adults and couples navigate anxiety, chronic stress, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, and life transitions. I often work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, and who want practical support, deeper insight, and healthier ways to cope, connect, and grow. 

My style is warm, collaborative, and purposeful. I use a client-centered approach that blends practical skill-building, insight-oriented reflection, psychoeducation, and relationship-focused work. Clients can expect a safe, affirming space, clear goals, and support that is compassionate, structured, and paced to their needs.

Anna-Maria Mazy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She specializes in trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss. Anna-Maria works with adults of all ages with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, and relationship problems. She completed additional training in trauma, complex PTSD, and issues that affect military families and veterans.

Anna-Maria was licensed as a psychologist in Australia before completing a Master of Science (Counseling) at Palm Beach University Orlando. Anna-Maria draws on psychodynamic and attachment theory, as well as incorporating some techniques from Gestalt and other therapies.

Many of us have experienced traumatic life events and may be dealing with PTSD. Anna-Maria can help you resolve or work through the effects of this, and develop coping skills that will help you moving forward.

Elizabeth Kulikov is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience who loves hearing others’ stories. She works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages dealing with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, sexual abuse, grief, and personality disorders. Elizabeth seeks to help people uncover self-defeating thought patterns, stop self-sabotaging behaviors, and heal the wounds of past trauma and abuse. She believes that when we do not receive the consistency, nurturing, and instruction we need and deserve as children, it creates deficits that can be rectified and healed.

Elizabeth received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She draws heavily on cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and dialectical behavioral therapy modalities. Elizabeth leverages clients' strengths to help them solve their problems.
