I am a dually licensed clinician who has over 16 years experience in clinical social work. My background includes over 20 years in the child welfare system dealing with abuse, neglect, trauma and individual/family issues.

I have assisted my clients with gaining and finding self validation, self-worth and opportunities to engage in self reflection at their own pace. I meet clients where they are at and highlight growth. Recognizing that each person has their own experiences and perceptions and deserve respect and dignity.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Substance Use Disorders from Colorado Christian University. My experience includes interning at an opioid outpatient facility and I'm eager to bring that foundation into private practice. I work with adolescents and adults up to middle age and I'm interested in treating anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, developmental issues, and relationship concerns. I also offer faith-based counseling and help people find meaning and purpose. Everyone deserves a space to process what's hard, whether they're in crisis or just need someone to talk to.

Person-Centered Counseling guides how I build relationships with clients and reminds me that each person is unique. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address faulty thinking and negative beliefs, Emotion-Focused Therapy when issues are emotional, and Attachment theory to explore how family relationships shape the way we see ourselves and the world.

Andrew completed his Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Mississippi College and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and biking. Andrew has completed several triathlons. His education blended with his love for a healthy lifestyle enables him to guide and support clients to access their strengths to reach their goals. Andrew uses an eclectic approach with treatment modalities including positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Adlerian techniques, and internal family systems (IFS).

Maxine is a licensed clinical mental health counselor with five years of experience supporting people through life's challenges. She has worked with clients ages five and up in private practice, schools, and online settings. She helps people navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, adjustment disorder, ADHD, grief, and loss.

Her approach is personalized and integrates a range of evidence-based modalities—including client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, attachment theory, existential therapy, gestalt therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. I graduated from Wingate University in 1996 earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. I also graduated from Webster University in 2005, earning my Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling. I work with all ages from 8-88 and all populations. Also, I work with various diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, PTSD, etc.

My approach to effective counseling treatment is Person Centered Therapy, which focuses on meeting the individual where they are, developing a rapport, and providing unconditional positive regard. Also, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on Motivational Interviewing techniques.

When working with potential clients, I carefully tailor my approach to their specific needs, wants, dreams, desires, and outcomes. I provide active listening skills and unconditional positive regard; in other words, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental setting for my clients to feel heard and understood, without the fear of being judged or criticized.
