I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment, allowing them to show up as their authentic selves.
I spent many years working in the entertainment industry before returning to school to pursue my passion for helping others and creating a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood, and accepted. I am currently an ACSW working toward licensure, with training in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with a wide range of clients, particularly individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, and many are seeking support in understanding themselves more deeply, improving coping skills, building healthier relationships, and feeling more grounded in their daily lives.
My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and person-centered techniques to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and feel more empowered in their lives. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges while creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.
Healing and growth can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and accepted for who they are. If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing, self-understanding, and personal growth, I would be honored to support you along the way.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience. I focus on understanding how social and emotional needs are shaped by environmental influences, genetics, and social interactions. My experience includes ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, community mental health with families, and adult private practice. I support clients in functioning at home, school, and work while navigating life’s challenges with confidence.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from California State University, Northridge. I am also certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and managing and adapting practice, structured evidence-based models used to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behaviors.
Since no one method works for everyone, we will explore your goals, understand the barriers you may have faced in the past, and develop a personalized plan that supports meaningful progress.
