About
As a person of color, I have firsthand experience navigating the stigma around mental health and seeking support. I understand how important it is to find a therapist who can meet you where you are and guide sessions at your own pace.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, behavioral challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I focus on understanding how social and emotional needs are shaped by environmental influences, genetics, and social interactions. My experience includes ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, community mental health with families, and adult private practice. I support clients in functioning at home, school, and work while navigating life’s challenges with confidence.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from California State University, Northridge. I am also certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and managing and adapting practice, structured evidence-based models used to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and disruptive behaviors.
Since no one method works for everyone, we will explore your goals, understand the barriers you may have faced in the past, and develop a personalized plan that supports meaningful progress. Therapy can be a place where things begin to make sense, and where you can gain the insight and practical tools needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

As a minority female with Vietnamese-American refugee parents, I understand the unique challenges of transgenerational trauma and have an authentic understanding of how we are impacted by factors stemming from grief, loss, and how we can use what we’ve learned to feel empowered once again.
I am an associate clinical social worker (ACSW) with 21 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. I also support individuals seeking healthier coping strategies and greater emotional balance as they move through challenging seasons of life.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of California at Los Angeles, with concentrations in gerontology and health. My clinical approach integrates dialectical behavior therapy and psychodynamic therapy, with a focus on setting realistic, attainable goals that support long-term growth and resilience.
When life feels overwhelming or difficult to manage, therapy can offer clarity, support, and direction. I provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I invite you to schedule a session when you feel ready to take the next step.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I work with young adults through mid-life navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose.
My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in a decolonizing, anti-pathologizing lens. I don’t view you as broken—your emotions and behaviors are meaningful responses to your experiences.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and use a holistic, eclectic approach tailored to each client. I integrate evidence-based practices—including CBT, REBT, and mindfulness—to support your growth, resilience, and day-to-day well-being.
I bring a culturally responsive, inclusive lens to my work and proudly support LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you feel understood, empowered, and free to live a meaningful, authentic life.
