About
As someone who has struggled and loved someone who has struggled, I carry tons of empathy for those who have been impacted by a mental health diagnosis.
I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with 4 years of experience. I largely work with adults experiencing anxiety or depression, stress, trauma, substance use disorders, or life transitions. I take a person-centered approach and collaborate with each client to develop realistic and relevant goals for therapy. My professional experience includes outpatient settings and opioid treatment programs.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I use techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help—it feels vulnerable. I'm hoping to make the next step as smooth as possible. I hope to create a safe space where you can feel heard, but also motivated. If you're seeking encouragement with validation and empathy, your progress toward healing and growth can start here.

I consider it a sacred privilege to assist my clients in finding best solutions to the emotional, situational, and spiritual difficulties they are facing.
I provide psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, and life's deeper existential questions. I know that reaching out for support takes real courage—allowing yourself to be vulnerable with a stranger about what matters most is no small thing. I recognize the privilege of walking alongside you during this time, and I'm committed to providing the highest quality care as you work toward meaningful change. Finding the right therapist is about finding the right connection, and I believe therapy should be as unique as you are.
I bring a trans-disciplinary perspective shaped by formal education in social work, psychology, theater, and literature—an approach that honors the full complexity of human experience. I primarily work within third-wave cognitive behavioral frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
My work is flexible and collaborative. You define what you need and want at every point in our journey together, and we tailor our approach to fit your specific goals and circumstances. My job, ultimately, is to become obsolete to you—to help you build the skills, insights, and confidence to navigate your life with authenticity and resilience.

I believe that every patient’s journey is unique and deserves a personalized approach to healing.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience. My career began in the emergency room, where I spent a decade caring for patients and families during moments of crisis. Those experiences taught me that every individual’s story is unique, and healing requires more than a one-size-fits-all approach. Today, I bring that same perspective into psychiatry, creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered on their path to wellness.
I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Walden University, and I provide psychiatric care with a focus on individualized treatment planning. My approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, ensuring that I understand each client’s unique needs, strengths, and challenges while working together toward meaningful progress.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard. I strive to partner with individuals in developing treatment plans that fit their lives and empower them to achieve lasting wellness. I believe in walking alongside each client, offering support, encouragement, and a personalized path to healing.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.
