I am passionate about helping clients build independence, autonomy, and practical skills that support more productive, balanced, and fulfilling lives.
I earned my master’s degree in professional counseling and my doctorate in organizational psychology from Argosy University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and reality-based approaches.
