After his introduction to the key areas of nursing, he found that psychiatry comprised the exact sort of comprehensive and holistic healthcare that he wished to practice. Raymond has experience treating a wide range of conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, and dementia. He incorporates an evidence-based approach in his practice with a focus on holistic mental health treatment.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, he serves as a patient advocate, providing continuity of care, managing total care, and attending to issues that affected his patients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Chris obtained his Master's Degree from Texas A&M and his Doctorate from St. Mary’s University and graduated with honors from both programs. Chris has a very wide range of clinical experience ranging from inpatient, outpatient programs such as IOP/PHP, the Veterans Administration, Private Practice as well as clinical research and contract mental health work.
