I decided to become a counselor to make a difference and help individuals live emotionally healthy lives. My family taught me the importance of service, helping others, and giving back. I am curious about the human experience, value well-being, and want to help others reach their goals.

What inspires me is making a positive impact on family and society and helping individuals heal, grow, and build resilience.

What do you want to accomplish with an individual in their first session?

During an initial session, clients can expect to feel understood and express their emotions safely. Assessing their needs is critical to determining the course of action regarding treatment and therapy goals.

I like gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family.
