I am a registered mental health counselor intern (RMHCI) with 11 years of experience and a background in psychology and clinical practice. I work with adults and young professionals navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and life transitions. I earned my master’s in clinical and mental health counseling from Lynn University.
