Hi, I'm Fabiola Metezier, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology. I love all things therapy, and simply put, meeting people where they are for forward progression. My passion for the field has gifted me the privilege of servicing children, adolescents, and adults navigating behavioral and mood disorders and trauma. There's no one-size-fits-all approach, and my joy is to tailor methods to honor my client's unique story. I'm Toni, a nurse practitioner board-certified in psychiatric mental health and adult medicine. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care using a collaborative approach tailored to each individual's needs. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. Clients seek care to better understand their symptoms, improve coping skills, enhance focus, restore balance, and achieve greater emotional well-being. 

My goal is to help clients overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve emotional balance. My name is Katrina and I am a Trauma Recovery Therapist. I have a background in post-traumatic stress, trauma recovery, behavioral change, and family dynamics. If you are someone who can identify your desire to take steps—no matter their size—toward change, or if you're simply looking for answers about why you feel the way you do regarding life's challenges, we could be a good fit. I have worked with survivors of sexual trauma and domestic violence, and I have experience with those who have experienced incarceration. I am empathetic, optimistic, realistic, and challenge-driven. Kimberly Cohens is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. She specializes in assisting adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ situations, and self-worth. Kimberly strives to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to gain clarity, build coping skills, and foster resilience. She has worked with children in the foster care system and with patients of all ages in psychiatric hospital settings. Kimberly encourages clients to explore various negative thought processes and develop healthier more meaningful ways to deal with problem areas.

Kimberly received her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. She utilizes a variety of approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based methods.

Kimberly is passionate about helping others reach their goals and believes everyone has strengths that they can use to overcome even the most challenging circumstances. She brings a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to helping others reach their full potential and would be honored to work with you!

Greta Wendorf is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience in counseling. Anxiety and trauma can cause confusion, worry, fear, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, and can even be debilitating. She has a passion for helping adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, anger management, and domestic violence. She has plenty of experience counseling Christian clients while integrating her counseling skills and biblical teachings.

Greta holds a Master's in Professional Counseling (MA) from Liberty University, one of the top universities in the country in the field of counseling. She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (BA) and an Associate's in Psychology from Broward College. Her experience of having received therapy herself helps her understand the emotions that accompany the process of starting therapy, the needs of clients, and the common experiences in the whole process of therapy. Greta uses several approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused CBT, cognitive processing therapy, EMDR, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, emotionally focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
