I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with 21 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, self-criticism, relationship concerns, and substance-use disorders. I have extensive experience working with veterans, adolescents, foster and adoptive families, members of the LGBTQIA+ community; offer Christian counseling.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from New Mexico Highlands University. My approach is trauma-focused and integrative, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy.
