After navigating life’s challenges and change, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I am a licensed mental health professional with over five years of experience working with adults and children. I primarily support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Many of my clients are seeking relief from emotional distress, healthier coping strategies, and a stronger sense of stability and direction. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where we work together to build insight, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented, using evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I integrate CBT and trauma-informed care to support clients in managing anxiety, processing past experiences, and building effective coping skills.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and you don't have to navigate things alone. Healing and growth are possible, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
