As a lifelong Idahoan, I understand the struggle to find mental health care and I returned to my home state to be a provider for those seeking a compassionate and empathetic counselor.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, and relationship and family concerns. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in meaningful change, and I work collaboratively with clients to clarify their goals and align their values with the life they want to build.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Northern Arizona University. My work is grounded in a cognitive behavioral framework, with treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. I frequently use exposure and response prevention therapy, particularly when working with clients experiencing anxiety and OCD.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 11 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and group treatment settings, and I have extensive experience working with military veterans, law enforcement, first responders, and individuals affected by post-traumatic stress. OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
In OCD counseling, Thriveworks Boise therapists use cognitive behavioral techniques, including exposure and response prevention, to assist you in addressing and managing your obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
