I am Dr. Chioma Ikedinobi, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of healthcare experience. After earning my PMHNP certification, I advanced my clinical practice through the VA North Texas Health Care System, where I developed deep expertise managing complex psychiatric conditions across diverse populations. I work with adolescents, adults, older adults, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, OCD, insomnia, grief, or life transitions. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed, I am here to help you build a path toward lasting wellness.
My approach combines evidence-based medication management with cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and lifestyle strategies. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and insomnia. You can expect thoughtful, collaborative care that is individualized and centered on your goals.
Seeking help takes courage, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. Whether this is your first time reaching out or you've struggled for years, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
