Hi, my name is Sydney! I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Vermont State University, where I rediscovered my passion for the counseling field and music. I completed my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University in 2021, and I've been working hard in the field ever since. I work with adults of all types of backgrounds and various concerns, but tend to work best with anxiety, interpersonal issues, and self-esteem.

My clients thrive when we focus on increasing overall self-esteem, through identifying values, and implementing coping skills to reduce emotional distress. Kelly Conner has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over a year. Kelly has over 10 years of experience in the mental field with both children and adults. She specializes in treating kids on the autism spectrum, divorce, anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and OCD diagnoses.
