Deidra Fuller is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas who has over 15 years of experience partnering with adults in their journey toward freeing themselves from addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, and relationship challenges. 

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Interpretation-ASL/English from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and received her Master's degree in Special Education-Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas—Austin. She is a fluent user of American Sign Language and had a successful 30+ year career as a Nationally Licensed Sign Language Interpreter (NLSI).

Deidra believes that all clients have the answers they seek within themselves and only need a “tour guide” to find the path to those answers. She uses cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) and motivational interviewing while focusing on strengths, mindfulness, spirituality, the development of coping skills, and solutions-focused approaches.

Joevany Sanchez is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, who is being supervised by Deidra Fuller LPC-S, and has been a resident of the Permian Basin since 2013. She enjoys helping pre-teens, teens, and adults of all ages. Joevany specializes in depression, grief, anxiety, divorce, life changes, and relationship issues.

Joevany earned her Master of Counseling at the University of Texas Permian Basin. Living in the Permian Basin, she understands the lives of the people of the region and how stressful living here can be. This enables her to connect with and guide her clients. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, sand therapy, and play therapy.

Leanette Burns is a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and an Addictions Counselor with over 18 years of combined experience in human services and counseling. She is passionate about helping others with the everyday life stuff that gets in the way of living a fulfilling life. She has experience in working with those who abuse substances, those who love someone who abuses substances, estrangement, anxiety, teens in foster care, teen issues, trichotillomania, legal issues, first responder issues, and general life issues.

Leanette completed her Master's in Clinical Counseling at Bellevue University in Omaha, NE. She has had many life experiences that give her the ability to meet people where they are and empathize on a deeper level. This, coupled with her professional experience, enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients are seeking. Leanette utilizes multiple treatment approaches including substance use treatment, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

Dominica Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 5 years of experience working with all different populations, including adults, children/adolescents, and geriatric, while providing individual, family, couples, and group counseling. She is passionate about helping individuals with depression, anxiety, grief trauma, child and adolescent issues, addiction, life transitions, low self-esteem, career struggles, emptiness (directionless), confidence, stress, and her favorite, helping them become the best version of themselves. Amy has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, a Master's in Guidance and Counseling Certification, and a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in School Psychology.
