Katelyn is a doctorally prepared, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (DNP, PMHNP-BC) who treats individuals across the lifespan with a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolarity, ADHD, and stress. She is passionate about restoring hope and takes pride in establishing trusting, caring, and compassionate relationships with each of her individual patients. Katelyn most recently earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree (DNP) at Florida Atlantic University in December 2022. She has also earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Florida Atlantic University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Hofstra University. She has over 10 years of experience working in healthcare. Her background includes psychiatry, oncology, and medical/surgical concentrations. 

Katelyn has extensive experience working at an inpatient psychiatric stabilization facility treating acute psychiatric illnesses and managing crisis situations. She possesses strong clinical proficiencies and has a natural ability to connect with patients. Katelyn is a skillful listener and exhibits compassion and equanimity in her practice. Julouse Etienne is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of Florida. She has experience working with individuals who have various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues. Julouse also provides spiritual support if the patient requires it.

She says that while she wants to be able to provide whatever her patient needs, she cannot do that if the patient does not reach out. It is her job to make every patient feel confident and secure with themselves and their lives, so she wants to be able to help in every way possible — the only way to do so is if the patient reaches out and informs her of their needs.

Pooja Vala is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds experiencing depression, anxiety, marital stress, life transitions, history of trauma, and more. She has the unique experience of being raised in a traditional Indian household while also growing up in a small Florida town. This, coupled with her professional experience, allows her to provide the support, guidance, and empathy that people need to feel seen and heard.

Pooja earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. She utilizes multiple approaches to psychotherapy, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.
