Mackenzie Threadgill is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 7 years of experience in the counseling field. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults identify challenges, heal, and grow to live with more authenticity and happiness. Mackenzie has a specialized focus in trauma studies and PTSD as well as stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, depression, abuse, anger management, and depression.
Mackenzie completed her Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a focus in Trauma work from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a mother of two and has ample experience in overcoming her own difficulties. Mackenzie utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy by focusing on trauma-informed care while also including client-centered therapy (CCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness therapy, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy (NT), and internal family systems (IFS).

Jaclyn Smith is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 12 years of experience in mental health. She is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults address unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. Jaclyn specializes in trauma, sexual and physical abuse, anxiety, ADHD, grief, parenting issues, behavioral issues, life transitions, and stress. She has a wealth of experience working with clients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Jaclyn earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Mary's University and her Bachelor's in Psychology at Texas A&M. Jaclyn uses multiple treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, as well as play and art therapy.
