Dr. Denitrea F. Vaughan is a Licensed Professional Counseling-Supervisor (LPC-S) with almost 20 years of of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Dr. Vaughan is compassionate with a strong desire to walk through life with others to offer support and help in their healing process in their unique life challenges; so they might live more joyous and fulfilled lives. She specializes in anger management, mood instability, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and life adjustments/transitions.

Dr. Vaughan completed her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with the Texas School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University of Dallas, Texas. Most of Dr. Vaughan's experience has been with juveniles in the juvenile justice system as well as the geriatric population in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, with other various populations sprinkled throughout her years of working in the field. Her very versatile experience enables her to provide guidance and support to very broad and unique populations and settings. Dr. Vaughan utilizes various treatment techniques including mindfulness, brainspotting, and grounding exercises, as well as various exercises for processing grief, such as the empty chair exercise.

Her main theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with experience in motivational interviewing and certification in aggression replacement training (ART). I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 6 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through seasons of change, healing, and growth. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, helping them build insight, strengthen communication, and develop healthier connections with themselves and others. My clients often come to therapy seeking peace, balance, and the confidence to live more authentically as we work toward meaningful, lasting change together.

I earned my master’s in secondary education and clinical mental health counseling from Alcorn State University. My approach is collaborative and grounded in empathy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build emotional awareness, and foster sustainable growth.

Arlie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) in the state of Texas. His career has spanned from working with adults seeking help with life adjustments, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic abuse, and survivors of sexual abuse. As a play therapist, he has worked in public schools and foster care with children needing support with ADHD, adjustment disorders, trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and behavioral concerns.

Arlie received his Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior University while on active duty and completed his Master of Arts counseling and play therapy certification from Regis University in Denver, CO. He is a retired military veteran with 26 years of service and over 7 years of professional counseling experience. Arlie uses several treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. He is a person-centered clinician who believes in establishing a trusting relationship coupled with a genuine concern for the client’s needs. As an RPT, Arlie uses a child-centered play therapy approach. Children often cannot express themselves verbally; therefore, play can be used to help them express concerns while using toys for their words. While his baseline approach with adults is person-centered, he also uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and sand tray therapy dependent on the individual’s particular needs.

Arlie believes everyone has a solution to their problems but sometimes they need support in finding it. He will meet you where you are with honor, with total regard to your concerns, and without judgment. Arlie genuinely would like to help you travel through life with success, dignity, and purpose. She has worked within psychiatric inpatient hospitals, hospice, community, mental health agencies, as well as higher education.

Divya is here to provide guidance and insights during the healing process. She believes the client is the expert of their own lives and is there to bring out the best potential within them so that they live a happy, harmonious life.

Divya's specialty includes an eclectic approach where she will individualize treatment that best fits the needs of the client. Divya is naturally a compassionate, empathetic individual who is passionate about helping people heal with the many struggles of life. "You are not alone! Whitney Crawford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in professional environments that include healthcare, higher education, workforce development, and mental health. Whitney specializes in life transitions, anxiety, grief, career transitions, school issues, and stress. Whitney is passionate about working with individuals to address their unique challenges and concerns to help them learn new techniques to overcome those challenges.

Whitney completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at The Ohio State University. She has ample experience with managing and steering others as they progress through life transitions, career changes or transitions, and the various nuances associated with acquiring higher education. Whitney has also much experience with managing, processing, and coping with grief. These experiences enable Whitney to empower and guide others through her utilization of multiple treatment approaches which include solution-focused brief therapy, unconditional positive regard, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
