Jane Arthur earned a Master’s in Art Therapy from Florida State University. She integrates art-making with evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to support individuals in expressing emotions, building resilience, and reclaiming balance in their lives.

She aims to empower her clients and help them embrace their most authentic selves.

Sha-Londa completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville University. Her life and professional experiences equipped her with the necessary tools to support and guide her clients to achieve their goals. She provides a safe, judgment-free environment for her clients to share and explore who they are or want to become.
