Zoom sessions can be difficult to connect on a social level. Tiffany does a great job of working through technology for a positive experience.

Scheduling online is generally very easy but it would be nice to be able to book future appointments with my provider right from the portal instead of clicking a link from an email. When I try to book again from the portal, I’m always shown different providers in the area but not mine. My provider is excellent, and I feel much better overall after our sessions!
