Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, relationship struggles, burnout, identity exploration, or major life transitions, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and supportive space where you can show up fully as yourself and feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, I tailor treatment to fit your unique needs and goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered — meaning your voice, identity, and lived experiences matter deeply in our work together.
Therapy doesn’t require you to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply having a space where you no longer feel like you have to carry everything on your own. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, healthier relationships, and a stronger connection with yourself.

"As an individual from a minoritized background, I bring a personal perspective shaped by my own experiences and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by people with diverse identities and lived experiences."
Why did you decide to become a counselor or psychiatric provider?
I believe that human relationships and connections of all kinds carry a unique healing energy. Through my experience as a therapist, I have come to deeply appreciate the power of a genuine therapeutic relationship. When individuals feel truly seen, heard, understood, and accepted, the therapeutic alliance can become an important part of their healing journey. I value the opportunity to build these meaningful connections and to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their own paths toward healing and growth.
What types of clients do you work best with?
Teenagers, young adults, and middle-age adults who struggle with internal/external conflicts, low self-esteem, low selfconfidence, acute mental disorders, PTSD symptoms.
What's one thing you wish all clients knew about therapy, mental health, or the healing process?
Initiating a healing journey through professional help is a significantly courageous act. Through therapy, I wish my clients to know that they will be able to reflect on their struggles and get to a place where they want to be in life.
What can clients expect in their first session with you and in the early stages of therapy?
Getting to know their own definition of therapy and what their healing journey can look like, as well as gaining some selfawareness about their struggles. Realizing that being a human comes with different struggles and there are ways to navigate through and cope with them in a healthy manner.
What personal experiences or values inform your practice as a therapist/provider?
As an immigrant and an individual who is a part of different minoritized groups, the struggles that come from certain situations are ones I have needed to navigate through for the majority of my life. My hope is that my clients acknowledge that they don't need to navigate through those struggles alone.
How do you tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs?
I hold each session with multicultural and humanistic approach that can be adjusted with individuals' uniques struggles and issues. It is also crucial to have an eccelectic therapy approach to serve idiosyncratic clients.
