Jacqueline Ghion (she/her) is a Licensed Therapist (LT) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a passion for wellness and over 13 years of experience in providing counseling, clinical supervision, and wellness workshops. She specializes in working with families, children, teens, and adults of all ages. While Jacqueline’s work with her clients has touched on a multitude of issues and difficulties, she is especially skilled in the mental health care of individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, stage of life transitions, and autism.
Jacqueline has worked in intensive behavioral health centers and college settings providing long and short-term therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. She earned her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University. Additionally, she has training in working with families on parenting skills and developing positive communication within the family system. Jacqueline takes a holistic counseling approach, drawing from a variety of influences, including person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) while maintaining the flexibility and awareness necessary to meet your unique and individual needs.

Jacqueline strives to instill hope, improve skills to support self-regulation and relaxation, and forge new and healthy behaviors which serve you in living your very best life. While exploration and discussion are an integral part of therapy, she also believes it is important that you leave each session with practical and concrete steps you can take independently to support your forward movement toward your goals.
