I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people through difficult times.
I completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. With a lived experience with depression and anxiety, I use my passion and experience to help others cope, utilizing multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing.

Heather Crampton is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 7 years of experience working with clients of all ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, races, and ethnicities in various settings. Heather graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master's in Counselor Education-Clinical Mental Health. She is trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and utilizes various other types of therapies that are tailored to the client’s needs.
Heather's passion is to help others who are struggling with different aspects of their lives. She considers it a privilege to be a part of someone's journey. She enjoys facilitating change in clients toward positive and healthy solutions. Heather works to provide clients with tailored treatment plans that can be integrated into their daily lives.
