About
With more than 20 years of nursing experience, a dual master's degree, and certifications in psychiatric care and family practice, I bring clinical expertise and genuine compassion, helping you feel understood as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 6 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking clarity, emotional balance, healthier patterns, or a supportive space to process what they are carrying. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and empowered as you move toward healing.
I hold a master’s degree in psychiatry and mental health and a master’s degree in nursing from Rocky Mountain University. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and motivational interviewing, to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
You deserve support that honors your story and meets you where you are. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. If you are ready to take the next step toward healing and renewed peace, I would be honored to walk with you.

I believe mental health care should feel steady, respectful, and empowering—not rushed, invalidating, or intimidating.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 9 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the everyday challenges that can impact emotional well-being. My approach centers on understanding the whole person and creating thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that promote long-term stability and growth.
I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Colorado State University Pueblo. My professional background includes emergency room nursing, quality management, and nursing education. Growing up in rural Northern New Mexico deeply shaped my appreciation for cultural diversity and the role it plays in resilience, connection, and healing.
I believe effective mental health care goes beyond medication alone and focuses on collaboration, education, and trust. I strive to help you understand your symptoms, treatment options, and goals so you feel empowered in your care. If you are looking for honest support in a welcoming space, I invite you to schedule an appointment so we can begin working together.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner who has walked alongside people facing trauma, instability, and complex mental health needs, I approach care with deep empathy and a commitment to meeting you exactly where you are.
I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with 8 years of experience supporting individuals across a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I work with clients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and significant life transitions. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help them gain clarity, stability, and a path forward.
I earned my Master of Science in nursing from Walden University. My approach integrates evidence-based medication management with a collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and holistic perspective. I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals while prioritizing safety, understanding, and empowerment throughout care.
Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, patience, and respect. Together, we will work toward relief from symptoms, improved coping skills, and meaningful, lasting change when you are ready to begin.

As a Registered Nurse and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I recognize how stress, anxiety and depression can be affected by an acute or chronic illness.
I’m an RN and LCSW with experience in community mental health, medical social work, and group therapy. I work with adults 18+ and seniors 65+ who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, or simply need a supportive place to talk things through. I also provide therapy to those in the medical field, experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue. I am especially interested in clients facing eating disorders, grief and loss as well as looking at career change.
Clients describe me as approachable, caring, and practical. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story without fear of judgment. I use CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, SFBT, solution focused brief therapy as well as a strengths based approach in therapy. I believe healing starts with being heard. In our sessions, you’ll have space to tell your story, share what brought you to therapy, and explore new perspectives.
My style is collaborative and supportive — I’ll help you reframe unhelpful thoughts, practice practical coping skills like journaling and mindfulness, and problem-solve to create realistic solutions for your future. I became a therapist after working as an RN for many years. I realized that I was interested in exploring a client's back story regarding stress. I am a dog lover, and also enjoy going to the gym, and watching documentaries.

As a motherless daughter who has walked the path of early loss and trauma, I offer a warm, seasoned heart to help you turn your deepest hurts into a lasting source of resilience and hope.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience helping individuals on their path to healing. My career began living in a tent and working as a lay therapist at an outdoor psychiatric hospital for adolescents. This experience, combined with growing up in a rural area during a time of family illness and the early loss of both my mother and father, deeply informs the perspective I bring to my work today. I typically work with individuals and families navigating trauma and addiction, women processing the grief of being Motherless Daughters, and those in the aging process seeking to integrate a lifetime of experience.
My style is supportive, relational, and grounded, born from years of witnessing the resilience of the human spirit. Whether you need structured CBT skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, or deep grief processing, I provide a warm, intuitive space to co-create your wellness plan. I am passionate about helping you reclaim a sense of hope and possibility.
I approach my practice with curiosity and a genuine love for people (and dogs). Healing is a profound and rewarding labor, and it would be my privilege to support you through it. You deserve a space where you can finally be heard without judgment. If you are ready to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, I welcome you to reach out.
You deserve dedicated time with a mental health professional — it can be life-changing.
