Creation Desautels is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience and extensive training in the areas of communication and sex therapy. She is passionate about helping couples and individuals understand the cycle of communication, both internally and externally. Her sex therapy work includes sexual trauma, sexual functioning of all ages, and sexual flourishing, as well as post-infidelity repair.

Creation earned a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University. She is a growth-minded therapist, helping clients embrace the difficult work of growth and change. I earned my master’s in social work from Indiana Wesleyan University. My therapeutic style combines a strengths-based, relational perspective with evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and emotionally focused approaches.

Tina Chavis is a dedicated and highly experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience across a diverse range of mental health settings. Throughout her career, she has served in inpatient psychiatric units, correctional facilities, outpatient medication management clinics, and behavioral health programs for children and adolescents. She specializes in treating personality disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, and anxiety.

Tina holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She provides compassionate, personalized care with a non-judgmental and collaborative approach. She meets patients where they are in their mental health journeys, helping them work toward stability, healing, and improved quality of life.

Winter also specializes in depression, anxiety, addictions, life stressors, and relationship issues. Her goal is to help others see their full potential and help them heal from their barriers in life. 

Winter has a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and has worked in the Mental Health field for 15+ years. She has worked in the mental health field for 15+ years and in a variety of clinical settings: case management for the chronic mental ill; working with the DD population, IOP groups, and drug/alcohol education.
