Life comes with struggles — at times we all need a safe place to be heard in order to understand how best to navigate emotions and reframe our thinking process. I have developed listening skills over the 25 years of assisting individuals and couples as well as families, learn how to navigate emotions as they express process and understanding themselves.
As a queer person who has experienced mental health issues in the past, I strive to provide an affirming, safe environment to work through mental health struggles.
Through many years of experience as a medical and mental health social worker, and many years of pain and growth in my own life, I have become passionate about helping others struggling at various ages and stages of life.
