About
I know firsthand the pain of life and mental illness, and my passion is to provide hope to those who feel hurt, lonely, and misunderstood by using a blend of faith-based and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over 4 years of experience supporting individuals and families through their healing journeys. I help clients manage depression, anxiety, and mood disorders while building coping skills and resilience. I enjoy incorporating faith-based principles when welcomed, creating a therapeutic space that aligns with each client’s values. My goal is to help clients uncover strength and hope, using compassion and collaboration as the foundation for growth. I empower clients to recognize their resilience and practice positive change daily.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. My approach is strength-based, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy techniques to help clients build new perspectives, reframe distress, and develop healthier coping tools.
I look forward to welcoming you into a safe, judgment-free space where your story matters. No one is beyond healing, and I believe in meeting each client with empathy and understanding. Together, we’ll navigate challenges, uncover strengths, and take meaningful steps toward emotional wellness and peace.

Christian counseling in Greenville is a form of faith-based counseling that utilizes psychological and spiritual techniques to guide and support. Often, Christian counselors often incorporate prayer and scripture-reading into treatment to help practicing Christians work through their challenges.
Christian counseling works by focusing on themes of hope and healing through one’s faith. At Thriveworks, your Christian counselor will discuss Christian values and relate them to your unique struggles. You can expect to discuss the following with them:
Christian counseling at Thriveworks is conducted both in person and via Online therapy. We encourage you to choose the option that works best for you.
Christian counseling can last for a few weeks, months, or longer. It depends on what challenges the client might be working through, the severity of those challenges, as well as other needs or preferences.
For many people, talk therapy has played a key role in healing from past hurts, setting new goals, and improving relationships. A qualified mental health counselor can offer insight regarding your behaviors, thoughts, and attitudes. But you are made up of more than just thoughts and feelings. You’re a person whose faith is important.
At Thriveworks Greenville Christian Counseling, we believe that you should be able to incorporate faith values into your counseling experience. For many people, faith in God defines them; so it’s only natural to bring spiritual beliefs into the counseling session. If you would like to explore the benefits of Christian Counseling, reach out to Thriveworks Greenville to schedule your first session: (864) 952-4048
Our Christian counselors will explore your faith values in a way that is comfortable and natural to you. We’re not here to push our beliefs on you. Instead, we ask how you’d like to incorporate your faith into the counseling session. For some, Christian counseling is as simple as working with a therapist who understands Christian beliefs, terminology, and doctrine. Others elect to explore mental health issues from a biblical perspective. Our desire is to partner with you on this journey of healing; and if you decide to not to bring faith values the counseling session, that’s fine, too!
Here are just a few topics that you may cover with a Christian Counselor:
Yes, our Christians counselors are believers, but they’re not here to evangelize you. If you’re Jewish, Muslim, atheist, or agnostic – you’re welcome here. Your counselor does not have to share your faith or worldview to be fully-equipped to improve your life from a position of mutual respect.
At Thriveworks Greenville Christian Counseling, we believe that anyone can benefit from mental health support. You can improve relationships, overcome past hurts, and achieve new goals for your life. We offer convenient appointment times – daytime, evening, and weekends. Our counselors are fully licensed and accept many major insurance plans, too.
We have no waiting list here. You can get an appointment this week. There’s never been a better time to begin counseling with a Thriveworks Christian Counselor. Call today! (864) 952-4048
