About
I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 8 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through crisis, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Originally from California, I relocated to Arizona to follow my calling in the mental health field. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve meaningful, sustainable growth in a compassionate and culturally responsive environment.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to help clients shift unhelpful thought patterns, improve communication, and develop practical coping strategies.
I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered. Whether you are navigating stress, rebuilding trust, or seeking a deeper emotional connection, I will partner with you to develop tools that promote healing and long-term growth. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Arlinda is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) who treats a diverse range of mental health concerns including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, and women's issues. She is committed to working collaboratively and compassionately with clients to identify the best treatment options as part of a holistic plan of care for both adolescents and adults. She considers her role to be multifaceted: managing medications, providing education, therapy, and mental health advocacy.
Arlinda has spent nearly three decades in the field of nursing, knowing from childhood that her calling was to help people. She has an innate ability to quickly establish a positive rapport with nearly everyone she meets, has strong clinical skills, and has a talent for discovering the right medication combinations for each unique individual. She completed her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Medical College of Georgia and her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Wilkes University. Arlinda likes to incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques into her practice, believing firmly that your inner thoughts (whether accurate or not) play a large role in your emotional/mental health. In the past, she has functioned as a telemetry, ICU, ER, and travel RN, as well as a nurse manager and more recently a clinical services manager. In her free time, Arlinda enjoys reading, dancing, hiking, and playing with her French bulldog.

With Thriveworks, Online therapy is an effective alternative to in-person therapy services in which a client can speak to a Thriveworks therapist remotely via online video conferencing. Online sessions are just as effective as in-person treatment, but they can also provide added benefits like reduced travel time, saving money on transportation or childcare, and increased access to care.
Online therapy works much like traditional in-person therapy but takes place through secure video conferencing. Clients can attend Online therapy from any safe place they choose that has access to the internet, whether that be their home or another easily accessible place. Like in-person treatment, a therapist will work with their client to address their concerns, create goals, and establish an effective treatment plan.
There is no best option for online therapy—instead, it’s best to focus on finding a provider that meets your specific needs and with whom you can form a professional connection with.
Yes, online therapy is just as effetive for many clients as in-person sessions.
Online therapy can last for a few months to years depending on the goals and symptoms of the client. The treatment process will be unique to each client and lend itself to their specific concerns, which means that the time it takes to treat them will always be different. Timing is also up to the client themselves; they are free to stop therapy whenever they please, especially if they feel they have reached their goals and addressed their concerns.
At Thriveworks, we accept most major insurance plans, allowing many clients to pay as little as $0–$50 per session with their co-pay. We also offer self-pay options for those out-of-network or without insurance. Self-pay rates for talk therapy range from $160 to $240 for intake sessions and $135 to $195 for follow-ups, depending on your state. For psychiatry services, self-pay intake sessions are $255–$375, with follow-ups ranging from $175–$300, also varying by state.
