As a mom, who knows how busy life can be. I know how important it is for us to be present and well for those we most care about. I have an understanding of what it takes to make life changes in order to see different outcomes for our future.
I am Elizabeth Solano, LMHC, with over 10 years of experience in mental health. I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—from young children and adolescents to adults—navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and life transitions. I've also worked closely with the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
I believe everyone has strengths, and I make it a point to highlight yours throughout our work together. OCD counseling is a specialized therapeutic approach aimed at supporting individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The goal of this counseling is to help clients manage and alleviate the distressing symptoms of OCD by systematically addressing their obsessive thought patterns and compulsive behaviors.
