Austin completed his Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He assists his clients by providing a safe, non-judgmental space for them to process their experiences, thoughts, feelings, situations, and behaviors. Hi, I'm Dr. Troy Pharis, a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience and a doctoral degree in health science. For the past five years, my clinical work has focused on active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and their families—people who often carry high-stress experiences long after service ends. Having served 20 years myself, I understand life in uniform and aim to provide a space where you don't have to explain the basics to be understood. I typically work with clients who are dealing with trauma, stress, anxiety, irritability, difficulty adjusting, or feeling stuck with no momentum for change. 

I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an action-oriented approach that helps you stop getting stuck and start moving toward what matters most to you. I also incorporate EMDR to help process past events that may still be impacting you. Clients can expect a laid-back, informal environment with real conversations and tools that actually work.

My name is Lavon Pinder, and I have been in practice for 22 years. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Francis Marion University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University. Drawing on both my education and clinical experience, I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and grief—helping them build resilience, find meaning, and move toward greater emotional well-being. 

I focus on communication challenges, isolation, social anxiety, life purpose, forgiveness, divorce and separation, caregiver stress, women's issues, and postpartum depression. I support clients navigating self-esteem concerns and major life transitions. My style is collaborative and person-centered, using evidence-based practices to help you gain insight.

Stephen Tuttle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina who since 2017 has been providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to children and adolescents seeking help with anger management, self-esteem, impulsivity, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, family issues, and sexual offending behaviors. He has a strong desire to continue working with today’s youth while also engaging in therapeutic care with adults, couples, and families with a variety of needs who are motivated for treatment and searching for a fellow traveler in their journey towards a meaningful and purposeful life.

Stephen completed his Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both at the Franciscan University of Steubenville. Stephen utilizes a variety of modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strength-based, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing to best meet the needs of his clients and to aid them in defining and achieving their goals. He is also certified in TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy) in order to help his younger clients lift the weight of their trauma and gain the freedom they desire.
