I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 20 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, PTSD, depression, stress, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after difficult past experiences, I’m here to help you navigate what comes next.
