About
As a compassionate and culturally conscious psychotherapist with over 8 years of experience, I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and supporting individuals facing complex life challenges and stressors, integrating empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices to empower individuals, couples, and families to thrive.
I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with 20 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, PTSD, depression, stress, major life transitions, and relationship challenges. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after difficult past experiences, I’m here to help you navigate what comes next. I believe in expanding your resilience, building on your strengths, and helping you move through life with more clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom.
I hold a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Bay Path University. I integrate acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family systems, and an interpersonal process to offer individualized, culturally responsive, and compassionate care.
I know that no single approach works for everyone, so I show up with curiosity, empathy, and a bit of humor as we get to know one another. Together, we’ll explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to the world so you can realign with your values, reconnect with yourself, and build the life you want to live.
